Complete refurbishment of 5 storey Primrose Hill townhouse including extensive structural works and basement excavation. Wall hung fabric panels, Water Monopoly bathroom fittings and distressed oak chevron floors were featured throughout the internal refurbishment.
A section of the raised ground floor and rear elevation brickwork were cut back to provide a mezzanine level and a 2 storey Crittals glazed structure, based on a design at the RIBA headquarters at Portland Place. This also brought in much needed light and a greater feeling of space into the basement.
